My name is Joel Capetz and I have been representing various insurance carriers for thirty years helping the people of southeast Tennessee and northwest Georgia with their insurance needs. During this time I have mentored my son Ryan to work with me so that my clientele will have assistance should anything happen to me. I have built a reputation of providing excellent assistance and service. I have the experience of having helped employers of large and small group with their employee benefit plans, individuals and families, as well as those on Medicare and Medicaid.
Understanding and choosing an insurance plan can be very difficult. It's not just how much does it cost what are my co-pays, it includes how the policy or contract is issued, the underwriting process, the provider networks, benefits and cost sharing, and also the price. There are hundreds of heath plans offered in our area and I point out the differences between the insurance carriers and their plans. I answer questions, assist in the process of obtaining coveage, and provide ongoing assistance after the sale.
There are no additional costs for our services. Rates are the same whether you apply directly with an insurance company over the phone, via the internet, by mail, or thorough an agent. You benefit by having personal assistance before and after the sale when using an agent. The insurance carriers do pay us a commission for assisting you but once again that does not affect your rate.
